I call this piece "Falling Apart"📷🌎💔😳 I took it for a class project today. This was in the Custard Factory. I don't know the story behind this... but when I look at it, it reminds me of how humanity is going down a few spirals. We are all falling individually and all falling as in groups. If only we could embrace ourselves and each other, and understand that we are all a part of a story to be told, just different narrators. If we unite and have genuine love for life, we could never fall❤

falling apart....rising together

Taking photos
Sept 25,
Today Lyn taught us about taking photos and how to use the angles when taking photos. Nuria and i partnered to take a few photos and video around the school and the custard factory. It went really well, i loved it especially because the sun was shining nice and bright.
We feel like theres no way out of our current state.
Everything around us seems like a puzzle and a maze, just bits and bobs jumbled all together and we cant make sense of anything.
Understand that the negative emotions are all illusions.
Sometimes we feel alone and little when the walls start closing in.
We feel like theres no way out of our current state.
Everything around us seems like a puzzle and a maze, just bits and bobs jumbled all together and we cant make sense of anything.
like the world is falling down on us.
The Best thing to do is to always look to the light, look for a way out
What we need to remember is that we are powerful human beings and we can do anything we put our minds to.
When we feel trapped and at risk, we need to fight back.Understand that the negative emotions are all illusions.
Find a friend to talk to, they are usually the ones to tell us what we already think
Have patience, you can sit patiently and wait
or you can stand on the edge, waiting to be seen
And when everything is coming down be ready to catch them!
Its better to always be happy and ready for selfie time!

First Week a Success!
So I finally started Level 3 Diploma Course in Creative Media Production and I absolutely love it!
My first class started this past Tuesday, the 15th of September with Linda Dolman, but we can call her Lyn for short. Her class has to do more with written work and on the very first day we had a little "Get to know each other" assignment where we paired up with someone else and did a two page questionnaire, about our personal lives (what we like and some personal history).
It was good hearing about the others in my class, everyone seems pretty cool.
What I love about Lyn already is that she let us leave a whole hour earlier than we were suppose to.
On Wednesday we had Mike, who i had the pleasure of meeting when i signed up for Media Studies. In Mike's class, the green room, we learned about filming in a studio setting, how to angle the cameras and the 5 ways to use all cameras, which happen to be: FOCUS, EXPOSURE, WHITE BALANCE, SOUND and COMPOSITION.
1. FOCUS- The lens lets light in and allows us to focus
2. EXPOSURE- The volume of light, 2 settings: auto exposure and manual exposure
3. WHITE BALANCE- To give uniformed colour throughout.
4. SOUND- Microphone to drown out the noise, boom pole, make sure to monitor the sound
5. COMPOSITION- Everything in your shot should have a purpose. If it does not have a purpose then it should not be in your shot.
I know the the lens allows me to focus the camera and when filming someone, the best focus would be to the t-shaped in between the eyes.
Mike made us get into 3 separate groups to do a short film, and my group decided to do a panel on Sexual Eduction being introduced into the schools.
I was really happy and excited to be getting on with my classmates and understanding the work.
Today we have to pick a film of our choice and do a presentation in front of the whole class.
My film of choice, which happens to be my favourite film, is Man On Fire. Weirdly enough, this is the movie that I watched before sleeping last night. I cant wait to do my presentation!
Great way to end the School week...... TGIF!!!!
